  I was very nervous going in as I don’t do well with blood draws and had a recent bad experience elsewhere. There was no wait and the location is very clean. The woman who helped me was extremely kind, gentle and quick. I wish I could remember her name. She made this such a pleasant experience.

  When I was getting my blood drawn, the NP (or maybe she was an MA) stuck the needle in me quick and a little hard. It hurt AND left a bruise. When I calmly and kindly told her to go in gently next time, she immediately gave me a bit of an attitude. I'm a medical professional myself (Rad Tech) and I PRIDE myself in being gentle with patients, causing minimal pain. Also, I cannot get my lab results as THE PHONE MENU'S OPTIONS DON'T WORK!! FIX YOUR PHONE MENU!!!

  Wish I had gotten the doctors name he was absolutely wonderful. Took me within a minute of my signing in, super friendly which real helps when you are scared of needles, asked about how well my veins normally work for it and chose a needle size to help with that (mine tend to be hard to find often I need many sticks he only needed one). Just super wonderful experience!

  Long waits and under staffed. One person does blood and paperwork. You must make a appointment or you will wait at least an hour. This goes for all quest locations
