  Progressive Dentistry is wonderful! I can highly recommend Dr. Steven M. Levy, DMD who is a very skilled perfectionist. Dr. Levy does excellent work and truly cares about his patients. Their Dental Hygienist’s are the best! From personal experience I can definitely attest that their Dental Hygienist, Diane is just so fantastic. She does such a thorough job and goes above & beyond. Diane, D.H. is also very empathetic and truly cares about her patients wellbeing and does everything possible to make your experience a pleasant one. The sterilization at Progressive Dentistry is tops in their field. The dedicated area to sterilization is state-of-the-art!! In closing, I want to make sure that I give a big shoutout to the Dental Team that make everything work there. Office Manager Mindy is excellent! Ms.Toni takes care of the Administrative work and is so nice and does a great job, and Janice & Nancy are extremely helpful as well. Their Dental Assistant’s—Ms.Fallon, Gricelda, Barbara—do a great job. Go to Progressive Dentistry, I think you’ll be very pleased!!!!

  Just completed excellent first appointment with Dr. Levy and hygienist Jennifer. Extremely professional and pleasant. Highly recommend.

  I have been with this office long before Dr. Levy took it over from Dr.Costa.the one star has nothing to do with Dr Levy it has to do with his newer employee Mindy. So it’s been 50 years combined I have been a patient.. Although it was hard to see Dr.Costa retire I was blessed with the skills precision and warm welcoming from Dr.Levy which must have been for over 30 years ….until almost two years ago at which time a new employee was hired and her name was Mindy. I was yelled at by her disparaged, humiliated and mistreated. During this time I was having financial issues and sickness in the family. I could not afford a full exam but needed to have a cleaning. I attempted several times to request she have the Dentist contact me and each and everytime I was told no he cannot talk to you I handle everything . I was denied speaking to my doctor that has cared for me for over 30 years.i was hoping to ask him if I can pay him over time as my family was going thru illness and our income as a result was drastically reduced. Mindy refused everytime me speaking to my dentist.my healthcare provider for my teeth. Mindy yelled at me was very unprofessional Very condescending and very uncaring to me and caused Great Depression and upsetness to me. When I finally requested my records as it was clear I was fired as a patient she was arguing with me that the new office would not need Whst I was requesting and .my dental care was delayed as I did not have a new dentist and Mindy refused my request to speak to DrLevy therefore I was unable to see if we could work out a payment plan for just this one time. it took me over a year to find a dentist as Dr Levy was and is the best and I am left with further dental problems due to Mindy refusing my request to see Dr Levy I was not given an opportunity to try to pay him over time this one time and Mindy stated you cannot come here if you dont get all of the work which I would have if I had an opportunity .to speak to Dr Levy to request a payment plan over a few months . Dr Levy is superb in his profession and this office was the finest of fine technically and professionally and personally …WAS …when Susan ran the front desk for so many years there was never once an issue and always welcomed by Susan with pleasantries efficiency timely and just a wonderful employee and person. It seems also as of a few years ago Susan is no longer there and I have reason to believe things went south for her when this new employee was hired . Going to Dr Levy’s office up until these occurrences was like going to see family.but not anymore. I have never been spoken down to yelled at and mistreated by any office up until this experience here. What a loss yo Dr Levy’s as I’m sure I’m not the only patient that was mistreated .
