  They kept sending us caregivers they fished from Craigslist at a severe mark up, very average and undependable workers. Don't trust.

  We have been using Home Instead for my aunt's care for 2 1/2 years. We have been very pleased with their service. Marline and Maria take excellent care of her.

  We have been working with Home Instead for years and it has been a wonderful experience. They are caring and spent an incredible amount of time ensuring they match my mom's needs, both mentally and physically, with the right caregivers. They have been easy to work with and have even answered our emergency needs on weekends and holidays. Both Shirilee and Monica have been incredible women to take care of my mom. Shirilee is with my mom during the week and she is young and energetic and brings incredible warmth into the house. Monica is with my mom on the weekends and she is an angel. She is patient, kind, caring, empathetic and has easily became part of our family. We are so grateful to Home Instead for the care they give for my mom and the peace of mind they give my father and my family.

  The Home Instead office in Merrick is run extremely smooth. Great communication and someone is always available to help. Thank you for all of your help with my mom for the last few years. I'd also like to say that the two caregivers that are with my mom are wonderful and i give them both my highest approval rating and recommendations. They're lovely human beings and are very sweet and caring with my mom.

  Thank you for the wonderful care you provided for my father. It made his last year with us possible and we will never forget it. When i first called Home Instead, late at night after my dad's injury, I was expecting an answering service at best or more likely a recording. Instead i got a real person. This was the first of many examples of the level of personal attention Home Instead gives to its clients. Thank you again, and I recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for truly personal care for a loved one in need.
