I have been a patient of Dr Caggiano's for many years. She is the most caring and thorough doctor. As for her staff including her nurses that do Prior Authorizations...I have been waiting over a month for a PA to be completed and sent to my pharmacy. You cannot in any way shape of form get in touch with her staff. I am now out of medication and still no end in sight. 2 phone calls today to the office and no response back. I work for Northwell in an outpatient office also and do PAs every day and have never made someone wait for over a month for their medication. Something needs to be done.

Poor communication. Incorrect instructions for a test. No call back after multiple messages with the call center.

I personally have been going to this office for about 5 years and its been a great find i see two different doctors here they're both great. Most importantly the staff at front desk is always very quick and willing to help especially a young lady they have her name is Eboni Burke. She is so delightful and pleasant i enjoy speaking with her when i visit this site. Ahe so helpful with anything you need so grateful for her. All the ladies there are very pleasant and willing.

Hi, my name is Mr. Ignatius Scalavino, I am a patient of Dr. Nikki Caggiano. I’m 61 years old and I called for an appointment today because I’m not feeling well. I’ve been having problems with my hands and my legs. So when I called, they said they didn’t have an appointment until August and I said I don’t feel good. I can’t wait that long. So then I received the call around 4:45 from a nurse. I believe her name was Maureen. We went over questions of what was going on with pills and the problems that I’ve been having to the point where it was aggravating enough to just say I’ll find another doctor because she claims about she’s triage the patient, that’s what she does for the doctor. In the meanwhile, I’m not a patient that has high blood pressure. Ongoing questions do I check my blood pressure every day? Why would I if I don’t have high blood pressure? The more the story is, I just don’t get it after a few questions just making an appointment that don’t feel well and is having problems and I can’t figure it out. I would like someone to contact me in this matter. I see already there’s multiple reviews from other patients with problems so either NorthWell does something or they don’t, Or I will be finding another doctor thank you

Worst people working there. These receptionists think the Dr.s work for them. If you are sick, do not bother calling them. This place does not care if you're sick.
