My wife went here we had to find a new office. Terrible front desk staff, very unpleasant and spoke very rudely to my wife who is older and was confused about her appointment. We arrived at the appointment to one of the ladies at the front desk arguing with a young man, then when it came to us she gave us very unpleasant treatment. You should consider hiring staff that will treat people with respect.

Ali the receptionist was incredibly rude and continued to cut me off as I asked questions about my procedure. Cathy who said she was the manager of the office was nice although told me my pre-approved surgery could no longer happen due to concerns with me travelling after I had already said I could stay for whatever recommended time the surgeon was comfortable. Refused to allow me to speak to the surgeon and would not allow me to ask basic questions about my procedure. Very unprofessional and unpleasant business it’s best to take your business elsewhere.

Great experience! I went in with a lot of fear and dental anxiety, but Dr. Soh was incredibly patient, kind, and efficient. He was quick with the anesthesia, which helped a lot and made the experience much less stressful for me. The process was far smoother than I expected, and I truly feel like I’ve been given my life back. I’m actually looking forward to coming back for my implants and getting my smile back. Highly recommend!

My first visit went well. My second visit which was to extract a tooth not so much. I had a severe allergic reaction to the anesthesia. I was throwing up after the procedure. They gave me Zofran via injection which is common. Why i rate them a 1 you ask? Simple, you did a procedure on a patient and there was no follow up. What makes it worse is that the patient left your office sick vomiting. Why would you not want to check in? You need to close the circle of care. You knew to send confirmation text as a reminder for my appointment. Along with another text reminding me of a short notice cancelation fee, lol. Even Urgent Care call their patients after care to closed that circle of care. I was sick for a total of 3 day's, vomiting, dizzy, headache. When I went to get check because of course who stays sick this long after a "simple tooth extraction" I learned about anesthesia and all the complications especially if not administered correctly. I am certain that this was my case. I can say that confidentially because two weeks after this experience i had a real procedure (not a tooth extraction) and that experience went extremely smooth as it should. It was in a hospital setting, just to provide full transparency. My point is that depending on your setting depends on the kind of experience that person who is administering the anesthesia has. Chose your setting wisely.
