  The customer service was great especially for a late evening session. All of the team members were very nice and provided me with a lot of information. The facility is very clean and I can’t wait for my first real class.

  I have been a member of Club Pilates for 6 plus years. I recently moved, and have been with CP of Merrick for a little over a year now and it was a great move! I have no problem booking classes as I have at my previous location because Merrick keeps the schedule available to book beyond the current month which keeps the schedule flowing. Karen and all the girls at the desk are welcoming and kind. I appreciate the rotation of assigned reformers. It eliminates those that hover and rush you out , or push their way into class. I loved the thoughtful gift of grip socks and the surprise shout out of my first 100 classes. I felt like part of the club. Most importantly the instructors are professional, knowledgeable, fun, friendly and assist when ever needed. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and I’m still learning as my body ages. All of the instructors are great. But, my favorites that work best with my schedule and fitness goals are Lisa, Lloyd, Andrea and Maria. Thank you !

  Nice and friendly staff and instructors! It can be a little challenging to get into a class but I’ve been told once you find your grove the scheduling becomes easier.
