Plus, they have a water station with quadruple filtration! I was so pleased with everything I joined. I highly recommend Club Pilates Merrick.

To start, the studio itself is extremely clean, the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. I’ve taken classes with Andrea, Lloyd and Jackie. All offer a different class but equally amazing. I attribute adding Pilates 2-3x a week + strength training in helping treat what I’ve been suffering with for a few months (postural ortho tachycardia) I truly have noticed a difference since I started. Thank you all again!!

I have to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to instructors Geryl and Julie. They are INCREDIBLE!! Not only are they passionate about their jobs, they have intense (1.5) classes with all different modifications for those who want a challenge and for those who may not want a challenge. I absolutely LOVE that they give these progressions during their classes. Each and every class is different and you are never bored. This is definitely a big motivation for me taking their classes each week.
