  We were told inaccurate information multiple times in one day. First, we had to go to pick up a container and when we returned with her sample, were told we actually needed to bring back two different containers so back home we went to wait for another sample. When we returned, we were told we had to wait to drop off the sample because the other people had appointments. After waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room with our 12 month old to drop off the sample, we were then told we shouldn't have had to wait at all. We will certainly not return to this location after such an unnecessarily frustrating experience.

  Had an appointment, taken right on time. Technician Wendy was the BEST! Friendly, quick and very personable.

  I typically come here because it is a hidden gem. There’s never much of a long wait when I go and staff is always pleasant. Today specifically, Wendy helped me more than I anticipated when it came to the price of out of pocket labs, and she has a gentle hand with the needle - thank you for everything!
