Telling me there nothing to do I need to speak to Alex, when Alex works all different hours of the day. Tells me she will be there at a certain time and isn’t. Tells me it’s a computer issue and it’s a glitch but then I get hit with late fees. Very unprofessional and ran poorly. Will be contacting cooperate and resolving the issue my self. Whenever I needed help on this issue they would just tell me to go on the app.

Overall the place is very clean and tidy Clean bathrooms and showers All different types of machines to get your workout in !!!! Plenty of parking outside… I will visit the location more often… The deserve all the stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
