  Office staff is completely rude with a condescending tone. They have no medical knowledge about their office specialties. Pls do yourself a favor and read all reviews unless you like to have people belittle you.

  Dr Yu and her nurse do not return phone calls. Terrible practice. Waiting for two weeks to get a shot for Osteoporosis, explained that I recently broke bones and didn’t seem concerned

  This place is terrible. You can never get anyone on the phone, and when you do, they either put you on hold for 15 minutes or take a message that barely ever gets returned. I needed an authorization for my prescription, and the pharmacist sent over to them everything they needed to do it. The office instead called me and asked me to ask the pharmacist for all of this information. The pharmacist in turn asked me why I was doing their job for them! She’s right, because I wasted my entire lunch hour on these people and I can’t even get them back on the phone to give them the information they asked for. Hung up after 10 minutes on hold. Just awful. Time to find a new doctor.
