My oral surgery was painless, swift. Dr has a great chair-side manner. Dental assistant team completed visit with reviewing the written follow up instructions.

Had all 4 wisdom teeth out 3 days ago and it was the best experience I could have asked for. Doctor was friendly, professional and no-nonsense (which i really appreciated), and the nurse (Tara, I think) was really friendly and honest about how things will feel and what would happen. She calmed down my anxiety attack. The office was clean and neat, and my surgery was all done within an hour. Thank you, FMOS, for positive experience for a surgery I've been dreading for years.

I have nothing but good remarks about my wisdom teeth removal experience here. They were clear and upfront about what insurance would cover and what remaining cost I would be responsible for. They allowed me to reschedule when I was sick the original week of my surgery and then called me when they had a cancellation and could get me in sooner than April. I had a lot less swelling and discomfort than I feared going into this at 30 years with impacted teeth. I’m not saying I’m not glad it was a one time experience, but it truly was not that bad.

My daughter was scheduled for her wisdom to be removed for 3:15 in the afternoon. And we get there and they tried to tell me, I had to pay $1200 up front, which I was not aware of. I had paperwork, that was printed out for me at the time we scheduled the procedure that stated worst case scenario I would have to pay $267.50 out-of-pocket. Because I had 2 insurances that their office was in network with both and one insurance may not cover the deep sedation which I was fine with. I've been in the medical field for over 25 years, so I asked all my questions ahead of time. Had I known that they wanted me to come up with $1200 up front for them to hold on to before they submitted it to my secondary.I would have never scheduled the surgery.I have two insurances that pay.I'm not gonna have them hold on to money to wait to be reimbursed. The office manager stated that they tried to call me and leave me voicemails. They had a wrong phone number. Somebody in their office typed my phone number in wrong, and then they blamed it on my referring office that they gave them the wrong phone number, which I verified with my referring office. They do have my correct phone number. I wasted time off from work and time driving there. My daughter was starving. She hadn't eaten since the night before. They need to have their staff tell everybody the same story.I was told one thing and then when I got there was told another thing. The office manager Abby was no help at all.I asked to speak to somebody higher up.She said, I am that person not true.Everybody has a boss. She would not let me speak to anybody. Things happen for a reason. And I guess there's a reason why my daughter didn't have her wisdom teeth out there. I would not send anymore there. If I have 2 insurances that are in network and I should not be paying anything upfront!!
