The vibe is community, the classes are fun, challenging, and sweaty. All classes are warm and their a few are hot. The heat is very sustainable and you work up a nice sweat. Highly recommend!!

I just wanted to do the trial of 3 classes, but on my first trial class they were already asking what package or membership I want to purchase. Extreme turn off. I was excited to try it and now I don’t even want to go back. These classes are not with it and sadly now I’m stuck with a package.
