  I had a great experience at Warby Parker today! My first time in manhassett location. I absolutely love 💕 their selection so many stylish frames 👓 and unique colors to choose from, it made finding the perfect pair really fun. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt confident in my choice. I’m so happy with my glasses and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

  I've been wearing high-power glasses for almost 20 years now, and no other optical has left such a lasting impression on me as Warby Parker has. Their quality materials, extensive selection of products, and level of customer care are unparalleled. I purchased three pairs of glasses at this location, both prescription and non-prescription, and was very pleasantly impressed by their sturdiness, durability, and thoughtful design schema in return for what I consider to be very reasonable, cost-effective price points. Their original packaging, novel business model, and direct-to-consumer sourcing is what makes WP stand out from the crowd in an otherwise unshaken, price-controlled industry that has been long monopolized by the eyewear production monolith that is the Essilor-Luxxotica conglomerate. Compared to numerous past experiences across a myriad of opticals, the variety of frames offered at WP have proven themselves to be the most aesthetically pleasing overall; beyond that, their glasses prove to be the most convenient, well-performing, and cost-effective choice when combined with the need for prescription lenses. Boasting very efficient turnaround times (all of my orders took less than 1 week to process, complete, and deliver to the store from their upstate NY lab), large availability of different frame styles that can come in all different shapes & sizes & colors as well as cool modular accessories to go with them (flexible clip-ons), and a multitude of vision-enhancing coatings/tints for lenses, the product ranges at WP are a huge win. I returned to the Manhasset site several times post-purchase to ask questions, request adjustments, or receive minor maintenance and care tips for my products. During each visit, I can gladly say all the staff at this location have been so consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to my individual needs, knocking my client experience out of the park. No one in there will try to sell you anything you don't need. Instead, every team member is genuinely dedicated to finding you the best match of visually pleasing & vision-correcting products that will suit your face and eyesight best. They actually care. The combination of WP product quality and their wholesale composite frame-lenses pricing is fantastic, leaving other competitors in the dust. I recall first seeing this brand emerge several years ago, notably due to their online advertising of many fresh, stylish, modern frames offered and previously unheard-of pricing models; this was back at a time when eyeglasses for high-prescription holders came with very limited or virtually no options for additional features and were almost guaranteed to be a bank-breaking expense. I remember having been interested in checking WP out to see if they could truly deliver on such appealing and seemingly lofty promises; now, I am happy to say that they can and they did. To see the company becoming established over time and set up multiple successful physical storefronts across the US, now even one at the Americana Manhasset strip of luxury retailers, has been surreal and satisfying. I am very pleased I finally walked into it all these years later to try out their services, and highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality eyewear at affordable costs.
