An assortment of multi level classes so you can go in as a seasoned or fresh to the practice yogi! The staff is very helpful in choosing the right class for you. I had surgery a few months ago & they’ve been awesome helping me ease back in to my favorite activity

The studio is in a great location, clean & offers a variety of classes that I can’t wait to try and staff is very friendly & helpful with my hundred questions. My friend & I already signed up for other classes including Beth’s Restore class again!

Dawn taught sculpt and flow with so much energy and I could tell she was very passionate about her role to teach but also have fun! There was no pressure to do more than I can handle. Plus Andrew was in the front to handle any concerns/questions I had related to classes/payments. Can't wait to try qmy next class!
