  Place was nice and staff was friendly and efficient. Blood draw was painless. Only complaint is with Northwell; they won’t send results to the ordering physician if it’s not a Northwell doc. So I guess the results are out in the ether. Had to call to have them faxed to my doc. Duhh!

  The only lab I will EVER go for blood draw. Javaughn is professional, friendly and an expert at phlebotomy. I have small veins and have had many problems with other phlebotomists over the years, but Javaughn has never had an issue or caused any discomfort or bruising. The gentleman at the desk is also very kind, friendly and caring. They make a great team - as Javaughn would say they are “awesome sauce”.

  Waiting for almost 3 weeks for my tesults. This lab didn't send my results to my specialist while he thinks I didn't go to any lab. What a mess!!!
