  Very dissapointed at this place. Never ever will I step a foot again. The fact that I went in on july 2025 for an annual routine visit which is %100 covered by my insurance. A month later I received close to $700 lab bill for a separate service done in my supposedly covered anual visit for a covid test and std panel. Which I assume is a routine check so when I was asked to do the test I assumed it was coverd as usual. Anyways I spoke to many people from billing department ,Denise,mini, Supervisor Ismael with a back and forth for months trying to find a resolution and nothing yet. They themselves found these charges outrages. I was told they are trying to wave charges or reduce them at least. They are nice people but very inresponsible following up. If you have an issue, It feels you will have to harrassed them to get a general response which is not appropiate. Is almost winter season and still nothing yet just empty promises. I will be terrified to deal with Northwell manhasset, or any of their facility. Each department points finger at each other and Im tired of it. Its unbelievable. I feel scammed. This practices are not apropiate, ethical or profesional. I will be making a written complaint to BBB and escalate this issue with the State Health department and other agencys. This shady tactic needs to stop. If its your first time visiting this place or reading this, you've been warned!
