  The help and guidance this office has given me has been life changing. Dr Bosco and Stephanie are just the best. The front desk is always kind and patient with me. Thank you all for providing me with quality healthcare. I’m so thankful.

  Valet WILL double park cars behind yours no matter where you park in the lot. Then are surly and rude when asked to help fix the problem they've caused. I've been coming to this place for weekly appointments for years and this is consistently an issue. They need to clean house, badly... being unable to do your job is one thing, it's another to take that out on the people who it's your job to help... unless it is medically or financially necessary that you see a provider here I would strongly recommend choosing another location

  Called to make an appointment but was just told to call back after lunch at 115pm. Did not introduce her/himself, did not ask for my name or the reason for my call.

  Generally I've had a few prior positive experiences regarding actually contacting the office, (as in calling to book an appointment..) In which the people were kind and accomodating, however due to personal reasons, I had always been reluctant to actually follow through. Though I understand that these offices are rather busy, and are over-occupied at times.. Their availability can vary, and seem rather cold in the name of professionalism... forgetting customer/patient experience. However if someone musters the courage to actually contact you to seek help, please don't shut them out first and foremost w/ "Northwell Health Behavioral Specialist Office doesn't open until 1 pm" or something like that THEN to repeat it again rather passive aggressively... if I literally just say a simple "hello." I get it. It might be one worker, having a bad day or being stressed out... (again I've had a good experience w/ an employee before) but if your employees are that stressed out...you either make more clinics to alleviate their burden, retrain your staff, or find a way "some-way" raise morale. Although it may not be an emergency situation, you don't particularly help people that way. Shameful. I will try again to book an appointment at that "time" but I have no idea how the actual service in terms of quality actually pails out. Do better.
