  My mother is a complex patient. She has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer with stable disease right now. Some of her medications caused necrosis of the jaw bone. She originally saw Dr. Re who is PHENOMENAL!! She truly cared so much and referred her to the oral surgeon Dr. Sullivan. While Dr. Sullivan is very smart and has a great understanding of what’s happening with my mom, the plan keeps changing. We agree to one course of action and we return for the next appointment and something always changes. We scheduled my moms surgery with Dr. Sullivan and worked with her schedule, only to have a totally different doctor with no knowledge of her complex case actually perform the surgery. With no shade to the performing Dr, he was a resident and my mom does have significant pain. There’s no affirmative plan on how to proceed so my mom can have teeth. It’s not until I reached out again to Dr. Re and asked for advice. She assured us she would have a discussion with her colleagues and try to figure something out for my mom. So all 4 stars are for Dr. Re. And the supporting staff who have all been great.

  This is the Worst place that I've ever had my teeth looked at. Horrendous staff especially the doctors who seemed inept. Most of the nurses were good. But I had to leave there and go to another dentist. Be Warned ⚠️

  terrible office. the staff are miserable and depressed. dr cant be bothered to listen. i dont recommend

  FRAUD. If you have been to this location, check your bills and call your insurance companies. Not only was I overcharged, I was told that my insurance payments were miscoded. Then they lost the paperwork and payment. They were unable to provide any paper trail of where my money went and I have been waiting for a refund for two weeks. Very unprofessional communication, filthy office. Have been reported to whistle blowers.

  The gentleman that answered the phone to book my appointment sounded as if he was asleep and not sure of what he was doing. I explained the type of appointment I needed and he sounded unsure of what he was booking.
