- RPRoseann PapaFeb 7, 20265.0I have been a member of B Empowered for over 3.5 years, and I will always say (without hesitation) that it is my favorite place to work out. I am 43 years old and I have always been a member of some kind of gym or fitness studio since I was 16 years old. You name it, I’ve tried it! However, B Empowered is the only place that has kept me feeling challenged and motivated to keep coming back. The studio offers a variety of fitness classes that combine choreographed cardio, strength training, yoga, and Pilates that never get boring- and are all set to the best music! The instructors are so educated in health and fitness and simply top notch! Aside from being so knowledgeable and inspiring, they bring the most positive energy to every class and will always make sure that you are pushing yourself- while using correct form! Furthermore, and I think most importantly… everyone I’ve met, including the owner, her manager, the instructors and the members, have been so welcoming and friendly. I’m truly addicted to the B Empowered workouts and grateful to be part of this fitness family!

There are so many different types of classes, so it never gets boring and there’s something for every mood and fitness goal. The instructors are amazing — they really pay attention and make sure your form and technique are correct, which makes a huge difference in results and injury prevention. The energy is always positive, supportive, and empowering. If you’re looking for a studio that truly cares about your progress and offers diverse, high-quality classes, this is the place.
