  I called there to be seen for a horribly intense toothache and they said it would take about a week to get in for x rays and an "assessment" and then another week for possible treatment. A lot of compassion there for someone in a painful dental crisis.

  Wonderful staff and doctors! Especially liked their bundle plan; $249 for X-rays and 2 cleanings per year. Hardly no waiting. Very happy to have found this business after a not so nice experience in Plattsburgh.

  I had a root canal done here by Dr Lew, I will admit I was anxious at first about pain and the procedure, he was super reassuring and very talkative throughout the procedure, he also made sure I was super numb and I didnt feel any of the procedure. He also was explaining what part of it we were on which also helped my nerves, I've had dental cleanings done here also the lady dental hygienist is super nice and talkative aswell. The whole place is super relaxing I love how they play music in the rooms. Also have had work done by Dr Seon or the female dentist. She put in my permanent crown and I have had no issues with it. Also have had a filling done too. Great place definitely will be going here for along time coming !!!!

  I called in February 2024 to schedule an appointment (as a new patient) for a cleaning in August. Kaitlin scheduled that appointment. Fast forward to one week prior to the scheduled appointment, Kaitlin called to let me know the appointment was for a consultation only and that she could get me in two days after that scheduled appointment for a cleaning and a consultation. I agreed and the first appointment was canceled. I called the office the day before my rescheduled appointment and spoke with Kaitlin who informed me that she didn’t understand what happened but my initial appointment was canceled and never rescheduled. I did not make another appointment…. If the staff can’t even make an appointment correctly (twice) what else is the staff incapable of doing. I gave two stars because Kaitlin was at least friendly.
