  Refused to email me a copy of my prescription poor service other locations were always happy to email. Lost my business for sure.

  I only gave 1 star because there is NO option for ZERO stars. My sister went to get her son’s first pair of glasses. He picked them up and wore them for 6 months, he went to his 6 month update with his pediatric ophthalmologist & she told us the glasses were made wrong. The prescription in the lenses were over corrected by 3 steps and he has had this on for 6 MONTHS! He has an eye turn and they had the audacity to put the wrong RX! They must have messed up 3 times, the person who ordered the job, the person who cut the job and the person who inspects the job before dispensing. I called to complain and no manager available and no apology,, didn’t even send me the itemized receipt like I requested. ALSO they lied saying they took his affinity insurance, we went to another store who was IN NETWORK and he was entitled to a free pair from a specific kit. We were not offered that, paid over $200 for these glasses, didn’t even have any anti glare. Terrible. You will be seeing me soon so you can fix this grave mistake.

  They know me by Yuri Lopez. I visited this optical a little bit over a month. At first I gave them a bad review. I have to give them a 5 now. Rinaldo took ownership and helped me with the issue I had with them before. Will definitely recommend this place. Yes I had a bad experience at first but to see them doing their best to helped me, means a lot to me. My experience with them now was excellent.
