  Parking is a pain, yeah also getting an appt, too, but that doesn't take away from the decent care I'm getting here. Also, people, you should refrain from naming names in negative reviews. Do you know how they affect the people you are reviewing? As someone who gets reviewed from time to time it borders on bullying. Are you being a bully? Ever had a bad day and got reviewed negatively? Try it before you name names.

  TERRIBLE INTRODUCTION! DR.Lee (female doctor) CANCELLED my appt when I called 10 min prior to running late, it’s a terrible rain storm outside which caused my delay I left at the time I should ,outside was so disgusting coastal flood , This doctor did NOT ACCOMMODATE OR EVEN SEE ME the worst experience and I won’t be able to be seen for another 2 weeks , I drive all the way here to not be seen ? I had an 11:40am apt 10/13/25 I arrived 11:52 , this is my first primary since I just aged out my pediatric and this is what I get ? Just terrible ! and we are patients & we pay for this ? The front ladies Stephanie and Deversie not helpful at all not accommodating, NORTHWELL DO BETTER!!!!

  I saw my favorite orthopedic doctor today. He looked incredibly overworked. I don’t know what’s going on with Northwell right now but, they need to be more mindful of their staff. I don’t know if the doctors are seeing too many patients, but every time I would see him, I was always greeted with a smile. I did not get that today . Please Treat your physicians better

  Terrible service all around. It takes countless phone calls to get a simple prescription filled. The wait time is awful

  Dr Anisis was great but she left. Dr Lee met with me and lied about 3 things she put in my record! Going to switch doctors in that office. Everyone else is soooo nice but she is not a good doctor. Not good for your health
