  Good doctors but lazy and nasty front desk people and back end staff that don’t know how to do their work and communicate within their teams and would rather call and scream at the patients who are exhausted moms to do their work! Here is a basic training tip: Teach your staff to pick up the phone and call your internal teams/ not patient to communicate the information that has already been submitted by patients!

  Brownstein is unfamiliar with early intervention which we missed out on yet she screens early childhood development annually?!! Brownstein was unable to provide referrals for my toddlers speech and OT delays and didn’t want to diagnose him. What kind of pediatrician doesn’t have names of speech or OT therapists to refer? This practice also has major billing issues and won’t run visits through your insurance despite raising it with them multiple times. Go somewhere else where they know how to screen children and lookout for your child!
