I can hardly believe it, I've finally found the perfect workout class studio that also happens to be a woman-owned small business (bonus!). The instructors are fantastic. The classes themselves are low impact so I never feel like I am going to injure myself even though I am working hard. Each workout move in class is given many options to fit all abilities. I've come to trust the workout system they have and know that if I keep sticking with it I'll continue to gain strength and flexibility. The studio space is gorgeous and so thoughtfully put together. It feels lux and like home at the same time. The staff and the others (mostly women) working out are friendly and this is a place where one could meet friends, or at least create a support circle. It feels nice being recognized by others in class. As a side note, a Trader Joe's is just steps away, which is a post class highlight for me, as I don't live near one.

I love this studio! The instructors run engaging classes, and the space is beautiful. The classes do tend to get crowded, but there is enough space to perform the exercises required.

I love barre3! The studio is beautifully designed. Every detail of the space is well thought out. I have taken a few of their instructors but Julie is my favorite- she makes you feel motivated and empowered. She always give modifications if they are needed (push ups at the barre, yes, please, I'm not there yet on the floor). I always feel so good after a workout here. The class always closes with breathwork, which I always look forward to. Great place to take barre classes!

The class was great. I really liked it. It was weights, Mat, band and ball. We didn’t really use the bar which was fine with me. The floor is not carpeted so if you have sweaty feet like I do just a little bit of a warning maybe wear socks. I did it barefoot which was fine. I felt the class was a bit crowded. I took it on a Wednesday at 6:30 PM. The space is quite beautiful. They have a lot of merchandise you can purchase. There is a changing room and bathrooms. I didn’t use either so I’m not sure if they have anything to freshen up. They also have lockers with a key and cubbies You can leave your things.
