  Very nasty and rude staff. Completely unnecessary how dismissive and condescending they are. Not standard for Northwell facilities. Think they should clean house!

  My experience at this lab is always excellent, and I am there every 3 months. Nalini and Julian are professional and always courteous and cordial. I never imagined having a needle stuck in my arm would be almost fun!
