  Back for my second visit, did a NAD+ injection and B12 injection for cellular recovery and energy boost. Had a complimentary red light therapy session and left feeling super! Nicole was personable, kind, comforting and skilled. Alex at the front desk was super sweet. Looking forward to returning. Thank you!

  Lauren and the team were amazing just getting over bronchitis and this made me feel so much better! I will make this a regular habit the service product and everything was top-notch. I recommend making this part of your health routine.

  Balanced Health and Wellness Long Beach was an absolute lifesaver for my best friends wedding weekend! After a very fun (too fun) rehearsal dinner, our group was definitely in need of a reset—and they delivered beyond expectations. Their IV therapy left us all feeling refreshed, rehydrated, and ready to take on the big day with energy and excitement. The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating, making the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. Chris, our nurse, was especially awesome—super friendly, skilled, and made everyone feel completely at ease. He did a fantastic job and was a big part of why the experience was so positive. They came fully prepared, created a calm and comfortable environment, and took great care of everyone in our group. It truly felt like a luxury wellness experience right when we needed it most. They worked seamlessly around hair and makeup, they made sure our schedule didn’t slow down a minute due to IVs. It was perfect. Thanks to Balanced Health and Wellness Long Beach, we were able to show up to the festivities feeling our absolute best. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking to recover, recharge, and feel amazing for a big event!
