  From the beginning to end it was very unpleasant visit for us . We always use quest for all our lab tests and it was always very smooth ,easy process and pleasant visit for us except this one . The lady was taking care of us was making faces from welcoming us . She was very rude from the beginning . Her name is Natasha . We don't want to get treated by her ever . And please someone train her again how take talk to patients.

  Phlebotomist was pleasant and very skilled and the blood draw only took a matter of a few minutes. The wait time was longer than usual due to someone calling in sick.

  I often visit the Lockport location. The staff is always friendly and do their best to get people in and out as quickly as possible.
