  There are plenty of outstanding mental health professionals in the area—but you won’t find a single one at Psychiatric Services. I made the mistake of recommending this place to a friend based on my pre-COVID experience, but it has completely fallen apart since then. They’ve replaced every competent clinician with a revolving door of underqualified, disinterested staff who seem more focused on collecting your co-pay than providing actual care. The front desk is a black hole—calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and basic communication is nonexistent. The therapists? A disgrace to the profession. Cold, performative, and entirely disengaged. It’s honestly insulting that this place is still operating under the guise of offering “care.” If you want to be treated with even the slightest bit of human decency or receive meaningful support, stay far away. In my opinion, this is hands-down the worst healthcare group in the region—zero professionalism, zero compassion, zero competence. One brain cell being passed around like a shared office key. I truly can’t imagine what kind of person would willingly work for an organization so soulless, transactional, and utterly devoid of empathy. Avoid at all costs.

  Set intake appointment online for my daughter. Received multiple appointment reminders up until 2 days before her intake appointment. Then contacted and told to call them back about her appointment. Called back, waited on hold for almost 40 minutes just to be told, sorry, there are no providers for your daughter. My daughter is in need of these services and inst3ad of waiting to tell me 2 days before hand, they could have told me much earlier so I could have been looking for help.
