Everyone was very friendly (and very good at coaching through the glaucoma air puff test, which I know is traumatic for some folks - LOL) and I felt welcome and comfortable the whole visit. Sheriff, the optical tech, took his time helping me find the perfect frames, taking my aesthetic, lens thickness, face shape, and more into account - pulling stuff out of storage to make sure I walked out excited about my new glasses! I didn't feel rushed at all, even though I'm indecisive - they really understood that these are on my face all day every day, and that I have to love them! I can't wait to go pick them up!
