  Clean gym, plenty of machines, the workers there are friends and helpful. The trainer is very knowledgeable. Managers are there, they help provide the best experience and if there are issues they get on them quickly.

  Maddy at this location was very accommodating, nice, smart and professional - thank you. Went in for a tour today and she is a great asset to the company. Good energy.

  It’s incredibly unfortunate but the gym is dirty outdated equipment is cluttered all over the gym. Equipment is broken and never fixed. The flooring by the cables is buckling and dangerous. If you’re a black card member you can go to Bethpage and see a nice gym that is clean and has working equipment. When you bring broken equipment or dangerous equipment to management’s attention they basically ignore you. It’s a shame to live so close and have to drive to another gym because it’s filthy. I think the members deserve better

  Oh my God where do I start so I figured I’d give this place a shot it’s closer to my house and it’s about $200 cheaper a year than what I’m paying where I’m at so I go to do the online membership which is one dollar down and $30 a month But when I go to set up, my account is trying to charge me more money so I call to figure out what the issue is. I speak to the assistant manager who happens to be very informative and nice, but didn’t know what the problem was. He asked me if I can come down? I said I can’t come down till later then told me he will not be around but he’ll give me a day pass. Let me use the massage Bed , He he said he was leaving a note for the night staff so there is no confusion and that Thursday I could talk to the manager Matt to clarify things well I get here. There’s one person working behind the counter. He has his headphones in doesn’t greet me. You have to try to get his attention once I do. I explained the situation to him and he looks at me like a deer and headlights doesn’t even attempt to check the computer or the counter or anywhere for a note by the assistant manager oh by the way he doesn’t even know who his assistant manager is this interaction alone was enough for me to say I am staying where I’m at gym wise. I don’t understand how companies hire incompetent people. I’m not trying to be mean, but is it a simplistic position that shouldn’t be too difficult for the average person to handle and this was an older gentleman, which is even scarier. I hate leaving Bear reviews, but damn
