  Good doctors, but it’s a shame how steeply the service and management here dropped off. As just one of many examples: I once came in 13 minutes late (I believe the grace period is 15 minutes) and a nurse loudly complained within earshot that I shouldn’t get “rewarded” for coming in late, and then intentionally made me wait more than an hour to be seen. That was quite some nerve coming from a doctor’s office that regularly overbooks itself and makes on-time patients wait over an hour past their appointment time (I’ve waited as much as 2 and a half). Another time I had blood drawn for some tests, and after hearing nothing back for 2 weeks I called in to check what was happening. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone for days, and once I finally did, I was told they lost my blood. How is that even possible? This lack of care is reflected across the board at this office. It is also incredibly difficult to get an appointment. It feels like trying to score a reservation at an upscale restaurant. Every time I’ve been sick for the last several years I’ve had to resort to an urgent care center instead of this office because the only available appointments were weeks away. Completely unreliable. There are more issues with this office than what I’ve listed here. It’s sad — this used to be a quality place of care, and now it just feels like a mismanaged and antagonistic money machine. I only come back for the good doctors, and I still find myself wondering each time why this shouldn’t be my last. These problems began even before Northwell took over Arsenio, but they were definitely exacerbated in an extreme way following the acquisition. I would recommend entrusting your health elsewhere.

  Amazing doctor!!! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cabrera for about a year now, and we are only parting ways because he’s moving. I can honestly say that he is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. From the moment you step into his office, you’re met with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Cabrera has an incredible bedside manner—he listens attentively, answers all of your questions with patience, and makes sure you fully understand your health situation. What sets him apart is his genuine care and attention to detail. He takes the time to explain all possible treatment options, and he doesn’t push you toward any one choice. Instead, he empowers you to make informed decisions about your health. His knowledge and expertise are top-notch. Whether it’s a routine check-up or a more complex health issue, Dr. Cabrera handles everything with professionalism and a clear, thorough approach. I’ve always felt comfortable asking questions and sharing concerns, knowing I’ll receive honest and thoughtful advice. Moreover, his office staff is amazing—efficient, friendly, and organized, which makes scheduling appointments and follow-up visits so easy. I never have to worry about long wait times, and I always leave the office feeling confident in the care I’ve received. I can’t recommend Dr. Cabrera enough! If you’re looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and approachable general physician, look no further.

  Walked in, filled out some paper work as normal and was received with great service, everyone from the receptionist to doctors and nurses were friendly and courteous.
