  I made an appointment online for early in the morning on a weekday. Check in took no time at all and I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. I was seen by Ara who was kind, professional, and gentle - I had blood drawn for the first time and she barely even left a mark. I received my test results via email the next day! Excellent experience.

  I will not be coming back. Routine bloodwork and urine sample. Urine sample was a disaster. Cup said I only needed 4 ml to be used for a test and I definitely had it. The phlebotomist gave me a very difficult time. I had beyond the minimum amount. I haven’t seen bathrooms as disgusting as that since the last time I went to Walmart.

  Over an hour wait with an appointment for a simple specimen drop-off. They didn't even need to draw blood or collect anything but the bag I brought in. I also waited over an hour to pick up said specimen kit in the beginning.
