  I was trying to get an appointment for my parents, and because I struggled a bit with finding the right time, the receptionist on the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on me when I tried calling back. Her impatience really stressed me out. I can't imagine sending my parents to a location where they could be met with such horrible attitude. I don't know about the clinical staff and I guess I never will.
