  I don't like this place at all because it keeps a patient in a wheelchair waiting for more than an hour even after making an appointment. I hate this place 😡 them appointments for??? Stupid

  I called on November 10th at around 4:30 PM to make an appointment for my daughter, and I was shocked by how rude and dismissive the receptionist was. She seemed completely uninterested in helping and made the entire interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. It’s disappointing to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially in a setting where kindness and patience are expected. I hope management addresses this issue — people with such poor attitudes toward patients and families should not be representing your office.

  I called Northwell dermatology as a new patient this afternoon, 10/17/25. I was a wreck to make my appointment, it’s one of those scary, unusual conditions. I have avoided this for a very long time. Upon my initial call I spoke with Jennifer. I told her how I feel and asked if they see things like my condition. She was amazing. Not only did she make sure I got in to see a female doctor, but the earliest appointment she could get. I feel so grateful as she was very compassionate and extremely helpful. I feel much better just having spoke to her. What a difference it made for me. She bolstered confidence. Thank you to Jennifer!!!! 🫶🏽

  Dr Masse (Dermo) and Dr Sharon (MOHS) are outstanding. Very impressed with this practice and it’s 100x better than the practice and docs I used to go to. So many of my friends made the switch and I’m glad I listened and made the switch!

  Worst place to go to !!! The front desk is extremely rude, they care more about the patients co pays than the patients care!!!
