  I had surgery this Wednesday and I had such a great experience with the whole process. The staff was very lovely, professional, and kind. I can only remember my nurse Lauren, who was also great, but I wish I could thank all of them.

  Had a great experience..everything went smoothly. From pre-op to surgery everyone has been amazing and kind. Love all the staff, nurses, anesthesiologists and resident doctor who work along with my Doctor.

  It’s been the worst experience of all. Pre surgery apt was made and once we get there they said apt was canceled and we had no idea. Doctor who ordered the surgery canceled it. We spoke with the Northwell doctor and his staff says everything is clear and they have no issues at there side. After spending two hours we were told to make another apt and waste another day. So ridiculous, the is worse they have been and plus staff making jokes on you. Very disappointing.

  The pre-surgical testing nurse practitioner I had to deal with was extremely slow and had an attitude. Come with patience and take lead in providing info or you will end up being with a NP for like an hour to just go over some basic questions and help her understand something simple. Think the issue here is from management and down.
