- GDGrace DiStefano5 days ago5.0I’ve been going to YogaSix Lake Grove since July and at this point it’s less of a yoga studio and more of a second home… with amazing vibes and a lot of sweating. The instructors here are AMAZING. Huge shoutout to Shannon, Kristen, Britt, David, Chloe, Dawn, Nicky D, Sabrina, Brie, and Alex for somehow making me feel both challenged and emotionally supported while I’m questioning every life decision during class Special shoutout to Adam — especially when he’s vertical. If ykyk. Also shout out to my MVPs: the WA’s for keeping everything running smoothly: Jenn, Sarah, Katie, and ESPECIALLY KANZYYYYY!!! I ❤️ Kanza! The energy, the community, the classes… Y6 is home and I genuinely look forward to coming here (even when my legs do not). Highly recommend if you want great yoga, great people, and a place where everyone will eventually know your name and your favorite spot in the room☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
