Unfortunately have to lower the rating to a 3 ONLY bc of what I dealt with as far as delivery goes. 1. There's nobody to speak to regarding delivery from the actual delivery service. 2. Delivery instructions were not followed and I dealt with it twice because glasses were shipped separately. Warby Parker had no control over delivery once the order is complete. Seems like companies nowadays from Amazon to WP lack good customer service and everything is AI. Terrible world to live in right now and makes buying anything such a hassle.
