Went to LensCrafters for the first time in 40 years of wearing corrective eyewear and was pleasantly surprised at the options for frames and lenses. Annemarie was exceptionally helpful and seemed to understand my vision needs. She went above and beyond to try to get me my first ever prescription sunglasses...Unfortunately my script is too high... But she made it work for me. Overall decent experience.

Annemarie was very helpful and personable throughout the process. I had difficulty with the right configuration of my glasses but she was able to correct the issue and kindly assisted me throughout the process.

Went to LensCrafters for the first time. Walked around a little bit to check out the eyeglasses before anyone acknowledged me. My eye exam if you even want to call it that, started with a young girl sitting me in the back room with the machine that checks your perception. She couldn't get the machine long enough for me to put my face in so she said guess not. We're not doing this and bypassed that whole procedure. Actual eye exam took less than 10 minutes. Very disappointed and to make it worse apparently their lab could not make my lenses so I wasted an hour of my day. Won't go back. I'm surprise insurance even pays for this. Employees were apathetic.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
