Since they updated the equipment at the Kingston location, the workout experience has improved significantly. The machines are in good condition and plentiful, so I don’t have to wait long to use them. The new functional training areas are fantastic. My only suggestion would be to add some mobile and adjustable steps, as well as more mats in the functional areas.

- RKRick KaneAug 27, 20253.0The staff here are very pleasant and helpful. The gym is kept clean and the drinks, tan lotions, bags, shirts, etc. are always well stocked. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of the asinine new layout. It was great when we joined but they updated the equipment and located the new machines terribly. Whoever set up the new equipment also removed some very popular ones and put one of the most used torso machines (when there were previously TWO) in the back corner, away from the other ab machines. The staff doesn't seem to like the new layout any more than most members do. One of the staff members said they were trying to tell management about all of the complaints, and they wanted to get it rearranged. I'll go five stars if and when they do.
