this was the worst experience I ever had if I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, they weren’t interested in helping me to buy classes. I would never recommend this place

I had a call with a person named Jenny to schedule an appointment for eye exam - at the store in 230 Kings Mall Court Kingston Kingston, NY 12401. She was unprofessional, rude and frankly very irritating. She sounded very demeaning and the tone of her voice was unacceptable. You can chose to retain this person but it will only make you loose your customers. The directions or steps were not explained properly, name wasn’t pronounced sincerely. We were confused if the glasses will be mailed or we need to pick up. She spoke like it was expected for us to know their business process already. We asked if the information about our insurance coverage will be told to us, and she was like this will take time and wont say now. Understood but she could have said that in a better way. In my previous visit, I think I dealt with Harry and he was a gentleman. But this Jenny just left us with a very sour impression. My friends say they are not going anywhere near that store now. So yeah.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
