The doctor that did the exam was OK, but he kept saying compared to my previous prescription, he said it could be the start of cataracts and I just saw an ophthalmologist two days ago and she never told me that. he had not even seen my previous prescription so now I’m not too confident in the prescription he gave me and I got no help finding frames. I would not go back there because of the way I was treated and the lady in the front that was helping me find frames basically told me she couldn’t help me because I wasn’t spending enough money. what a total disappointment

First I had done an appt with a virtual dr, who was dismissive and impatient. She didn’t believe I couldn’t see what she had requested. I was given a prescription for glasses. When they came in, they were more blurry than when I looked without them. I was told it didn’t make sense and they set me up for a recheck with an in person dr later in the week. I went to that appointment, and the doctor was even less patient.. he spoke over me and tried to run over my questions with a louder tone. He wasn’t blatantly disrespectful, but he also was very pushy and rushing me out of the room with his condescending and arrogant demeanor. His lack of concern to even fully hear my issue with the glasses, left me requesting to return them. I will not return to this location or any LensCrafters for that matter, and strongly suggest the same for anyone who wants to be heard or treated like a person.

This was a frustrating experience. I arrived a few minutes early and was told that I'd be getting a remote visit with an optometrist. I would have liked to have been told that in advance so that I could decide for myself whether or not I wanted the appointment. Worse than that was that I had to wait 35 minutes AFTER the eye exam to see the optometrist. When she came on the screen, there was no apology for making me wait that long. We make appointments for a reason: to be seen at a time that provider AND customer agree on. Violating that agreement calls for an apology. I was two minutes away from walking out of the office when the optometrist came on. I won't go back there again.
