  The girls that answered the phones at this practice is awful I spoke with a girl this morning and I told her that I had had a recent robotic hysterectomy and I've been cleared by a surgeon within North well and I was trying to establish a new GYN relationship at this practice this girl that answered the phone sounded like she didn't even want to make the appointment not only that she sounded like she didn't have joy in her voice did you not freaking hear me I was trying to make an appointment with the gyn into establish relationship like why the hell do you sound like this if you answering phones all day do you not want your job like I don't know what's wrong with this girl but I hung up and said forget it I will go all the way out to Long Island cuz this office here the girls that answer the front phones or whatever they are unprofessional as hell in the office manager should look into that they really should That's very unprofessional it's like all you care about is delivering babies here women go through other things rather than just having babies

  Unprofessional, never on time. Wait time is ridiculous doesnt matter if you have an appointment. Expect to wait 1-2 hours. No follow ups to be given your results

  Dr Garcia helped deliver my first born child. I could not have done it without her. She is an amazing human being and doctor. I would recommend her to all my family members and friends. She truly cares and would go above and beyond to keep you healthy and well.
