  Never had an Issue I'm sent here From time to time as the Company i am employed by sends drivers to do Random drug tests just as a safety precaution, the staff are very professional and even though I'm generally a walk in the wait time is not that long at all , not sure why all the negative Reviews, it's a Test Laboratory clinic not a 5 star Motel.

  the phlebotomist was so sweet and patient with me!! best place i've ever gotten a blood draw, saying this as someone with a terrible fear of needles!

  I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about. Life is easier with appointments, of course. But you can just walk in. You just have to wait a little longer. It's not a big deal. It's not an hours long wait. If they don't have the info from the doctor's, that's on the doctor. Not this place. Focus your attention where it needs to be.

  The worst - provided all required info; paid with credit card which was approved, made appointment, showed up 20 minutes early only to be told that there was no info, no payment and no appointment was made - although we had emails confirming everything. This was for a family member - not me - but I was involved in the entire process and make this review from first hand knowledge. Again, worst experience; poor customer service
