- JSjoe sMay 31, 20252.0The Physical Therapists are good, but the management and scheduling at this location is a nightmare. They inform you that after your insurance is approved, you need an initial PT visit with them before they can schedule you for follow-up PT visits. What you find out is that after your insurance is approved, and after your initial visit, that they do NOT have enough appointments slots available to meet your PT needs. My Neurosurgeon requested that I receive 2 PT sessions a week, but Guthrie JC PT had only provided me with 3 sessions over a 4 week period!

Everyone here treats you with the up most respect and like a person not a number like I've had happen other places.
