- MMMichelleMar 6, 20261.0Unprofessional bedside manner from both the nurse practitioner and reception staff. My daughter left in tears, feeling worse than when she arrived. I would not recommend this facility. Compassionate, quality healthcare should be the standard for those in this profession.

You still wait in order of which you were checked in. Its ridiculous to have to wait an hour past your "appointment" time to even be brought back to a room. When you make an appt with UHS, you are brought back before the walk ins, which is how it should be-- because its AN APPOINTMENT.

I should e had an XRay due to hip surgery in February. I had no tests done. I wonder if I should have which is why the np at my virtual visit sent me there. Otherwise I was very pleased.
