  My wife was diagnosed with a torn, right rotator cuff in December 2025. She did a 10-week session with physical therapy and has improved. She had an appointment with Dr. R.T. Van Gorder last week. He explained everything in easy-to-understand detail and advised against any surgery unless her situation severely worsens. Dr. Van Gorder is a very personable physician with a demeanor that any patient would want.

  My appointments are always on time without a long wait in the waiting room or in the examination room. The staff and doctors are respectful and courteous and always answer my questions.

  It was ok, but not great--when I asked about extended excercise plan after PT I was told that the only place would be the Oakdale Commons -- but the person handling that would be out for maternity leave, and at the time, a substitute was not found.

  Dr. Wilson is the best orthopedic doctors . He’s operated on me a few times , he explains everything so you can understand. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an orthopedic surgeon.
