  The staff here are always so nice. I love Dr. Obrien. He’s the greatest. I was having a lot of back pain when I went for my appointment and I almost couldn’t stay. The pain got so bad. But the girls were so good with me gave me time and we were able to finish the appointment.

  Friendly, kind and respectful staff. Appointments regularly run on time. Dr OBrien is thorough, very knowledgeable, skilled and experienced. I have no trouble recommending this office to anyone.

  I love this place. The people there are always so friendly and don’t make you feel rushed. Always answer any questions you might have.

  I NEVER do this, but I am so angry right now. I had an appointment at Gateway ophthalmology on December 2nd because I had $1000 that I needed to use or lose by December 31st. They even moved my appointment from January to December so I could make the cuttoff. I ordered enough boxes of contacts to use up most of that money (I have astigmatism and mine are sooo expensive) and went on my merry way, expecting them to come in the mail. The last time I ordered contacts, it took 2-3 months to get them, so I waited until March to call, expecting they were again on backorder and they could give me a couple pairs to get by. Turns out they NEVER ordered my contacts. They took my card info on December 2nd, assured me the order would be completed in plenty of time before the money was gone, and I thought everything was done. They returned my call today, said there was no record of me having ordered anything, and the only explanation they could give is that they changed the ordering process in January. I asked them to back date a receipt for the day I had my appointment and they refused, saying it was fraud. So their incompetence cost me $1000 and I thought everyone should know not to go there.

  Great, staff is extremely considerate and professional. Dr Tim is efficient and terrific about relating what was happening and going to happen. What's not to appreciate. Very pleased thus far that we chose to stay home and not go to Erie or Buffalo. Thanks, Robert
