Dr. Gatto uses therapeutic exercises and physical therapy methods, such as core stabilization, McKenzie's Extension Therapy, and flexion based exercise protocols for treatment. At the Warren, PA office we have flexion distraction available as a means of spinal decompression. At the Jamestown, NY office we offer Thompson drop technique. When necessary, Dr. Gatto can employ ergonomic counseling, nutritional counseling and supplement therapy to help you with your ailments.
