  The location is extremely slow I waited for hours to get blood work. They need to implement a better system to help expedite the process.

  It's unfortunate that this location has such a poor rating because it's actually quite good. They say walk-ins are welcome, but at this point, just make an appointment. Almost every place is running at a lower capacity and because of COVID-19 restrictions, they are more organized and honor their appointment system. The door was locked when I arrived 17 minutes before my appointment at 1:00pm. A staff member unlocked it and confirmed my registration and asked me to take a seat. There were 7 other people in the waiting room, which was spacious with 6ft or more between chairs. I was seen within 10 minutes, which was earlier than my appointment. The nurse was a lovely, professional, young Latino woman who was kind and efficient. Overall, I think the walk-ins are the people who are most frustrated with this place. Just take a few minutes and make an appointment online or call them. It'll make life so much easier.

  Had a member of family with an appointment here But after reading these reviews it's not worth our time Go somewhere else
