  Communication was great, concerning reminders. Was able to electronically register on my phone. I was called two minutes, after I registered. Fast service. Will recommend.

  KAYLA, ANTHONY AND SIERRA ARE THE BEST!!! ALSO ANGEL HELPED WITH THE REGISTRATION AND MADE IT EASY FOR ME! THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL POLITE AND HAD A LOT OF PATIENCE GOD BLESS THEM!

  En 28 años que vivo en Jackson hgts nunca me avía sentido tan mal atendido por personal que no tiene la experiencia ni para atenderte ni para tratar pacientes te dicen que si les da la gana te van a atender no tienen una persona que te guíe en el camino del examen. puede estar nuevo el lugar pero el personal es de lo peor

  I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS QUEST LAB! the staff members are friendly helpful and professionals. I walked in with out an appointment and the phlebotomy Suelibeth was helpful as she guided me on how to check into the system which was an easy process. She than called me into the exam room in less than 5 minutes wait time, she asked me for my insurance and ID also my lab order from my doctor. Sweet girl she helped me to ease my anxiety, I was pretty nervous but she distracted me by chatting. She has the most soft hands I can imagine, she stocked me with the needle and I didn’t felt it, NO PAIN WHATSOEVER. I’ll come here for my future labs. Great job Suelibeth thanks for being gentle, professional and knowledgeable. 10 STARS Suelibeth!!!!
