  Despues de años atendiendo esta oficina ha sido una desgracia de cambio. La doctor trató de mantenerse profesional pero alguna trabajadora no entiende lo que es trabajar en una oficina médica y sin pensar en el paciente. 1. En primero me dieron un contacto que fue expirada 8/31/2024. Cuando llamé a la oficina la trabajadora me dijo que “no me preocupara y que debe estar bien en usar”. A la próxima visita le dije a la doctora y dijo que ella no “sabía qué decirme”. No creo que nadie se pondrá eso y que el departamento de estado este en accordancia con eso. 2. Cuando llame del problema del tratamiento fallado y mal representado que fue más de $1,000 dólares, esa misma señora sugirió que contacte yo misma mi banco porque “es mucho papeleo para que hagan”. Eso fue lo que paso y la última visita en la oficina la doctora dijo que ella no quería está peleando con bancos. Aún así quedaba un cargo que falta y la doctora sugirió que contacte al banco por el tanto que restaba, que es contradicción a lo que dijo una hora antes. Suerte que te devuelvan tu dinero por su servicio fallado. 3. Después de una cancelación de pagos, me hicieron un cobro. Esto si lo devolvieron luego pero no tendría que ocurrir en el primer lugar. Después de más de 5 años como paciente y recomendar a gente es claro que la filosofía es con poca ética de esa trabajadora y refleja de la oficina. After several years of attending this office it has taken a catastrophic turn. The doctor remained professional but one of the staff members acts with no regard to the business as it is not their own or patient’s care. 1. I received an expired contact from 8/31/2024. When I called the staff member said it should be fine and not to worry. When expressing the concerns to the doctor I was told “I don’t know what to tell you”. Doubt that any of them would wear an expired contact for over a year and a half, nor that the NYS Deptartment will agree. 2. When called about an issue with a treatment and service of over $1k the staff member advised me to reach out to the bank because it was “too much paperwork. Then the last visit the doctor said she did not want to fight with banks. There was still one charge left for a refund but that I should go through the process with the bank which contradicts what she had said 1hr prior. Good luck getting a refund for their error, misleading information on procedures! 3. After a cancellation of a payment plan, I received an unauthorized charge (that was refunded after calling the office) but should not have occurred in the first place. After being a patient for over 5 years and recommending several people it is clear that this establishment has unethical philosophy in their operations.

  I have no idea how this place has high ratings. I have been wearing glasses or contacts since 1986 and I have never experienced such incompetence.
